This is not intentional and a mistake. The profile wall author does not use the profile module function.
Profile wall author will soon use the profile module function.

The bug has been fixed. Thanks for reporting.
Since the profile wall uses comments API, the store reviews bug has also been fixed as it also uses that API.
It was using outdated practices and the API has not been updated since February 14, of 2022 which is 2022 Valentine's day.
Bug: Humanoid Character even if an account is using blocky avatars.
